Refund policy

Heritage Guarantee (The Official Return and Exchange Policy)

We stand behind the products that leave our shop. We are printers, not just sellers. If the print quality isn't up to our commercial standards, or if the garment is defective, we will make it right.

1. Defective or Error Returns If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong size/design due to our error, we will make it right.

  • Replacement Policy: If the error is a defect on our part, we will manufacture and dispatch a replacement immediately at no cost to you. (Excludes Custom Orders & DTF. See Section 7 for details.)

  • Return Shipping: If we require the defective item back for inspection, we will provide a pre-paid return label.

2. Exchanges We accept size exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

3. Returns for Refund We offer returns for a full refund on standard (stock) items if contacted within 14 days of delivery.

4. Authorization & Address

  • Authorization: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please contact us to start the process.

  • Return Address: Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 83297 N. Harvey Rd Creswell, OR 97426

5. Postage Policy For standard exchanges or returns for refund (non-defective), the customer is responsible for the return postage. The initial shipping fee is non-refundable on all returns.

6. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

7. Custom Orders and DTF Transfers Due to the personalized nature of Custom Orders and Direct-to-Film (DTF) Transfers, we do not offer cash refunds.

  • Reprint Policy: If the error is on our part, we will reprint the product free of charge.

  • Store Credit: If you do not wish to have the item reprinted, a refund will be issued as store credit only.

8. Refund Process We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • Standard Refunds: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank Processing: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
