Shipping
All Outerwear Vault jackets ship directly from Emerald Valley Ink in Oregon. Available shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.
Limited Inventory Returns
Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Jackets must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with all manufacturer tags attached. Original manufacturer packaging and accessories must be included if supplied.
Trying on for fit is permitted. Items showing signs of wear, missing original tags, or otherwise failing inspection are not eligible for discretionary returns.
Customers are responsible for return shipping on non-defective returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Because these are discontinued styles with limited inventory, size and color exchanges cannot be guaranteed.
